Agents don't watch video

They read images. A 40-second recording is 1,200 frames; the bug lives in five of them.

You already know where it is

So say it once, on the frame: when it starts, where on screen, what should have happened.

From the Share menu

No cable, no AirDrop, no dragging files into a chat. Share, mark, send, ask.

Set up

About two minutes. Do step 1 on your phone, or paste the same key on both devices.

  1. Step 1

    Get a key

    No account. The key connects your phone to your agent. Anyone who has it can read your shots.

  2. Step 2

    iPhone Shortcut

    Adds AgentShots to the Share menu. Do this on the iPhone, in Safari.

    2. Get the AgentShots Shortcut

      Tap Download, then open it: the ↓ icon in Safari’s address bar, or Files → Downloads.

    3. Tap Set Up Shortcut, paste the key, tap Add Shortcut.
    4. In Photos open a screen recording → Share → AgentShots. The first time iOS asks to send it to agentshots.inchi.dev: tap Always Allow. The marking page opens.
    Build the Shortcut by hand instead
    1. In Shortcuts tap +. Tap the name → Rename → AgentShots. Tap the name → Details → turn on Show in Share Sheet.
    2. Search Get Contents of URL, tap it, tap the blue URL and paste:
      https://agentshots.inchi.dev/api/shots?return=url

      Tap › on the action: Method POST; Headers → Add new header, key Authorization, value:

      Request Body → File → tap File → Select Variable → Shortcut Input.

    3. Search Open URLs and tap it. Tap Done.

  3. Step 3

    Claude Code

    In a terminal on the computer where Claude Code runs:

    claude plugin marketplace add inchidev/shots
    claude plugin install agentshots@agentshots

    Then in a new Claude Code session: /agentshots:shots, or just “look at my last shot and fix it”.
